Architectural review
I help my clients live in their space before the plans are finalized or the foundation is poured with home architectural review. We look at flow of a space and how it will be used. Where will you put your coffee cups? How do you entertain or spend time with your family? How will your home design and organization work foryou? This can provide insight for placement of outlets and switches to where the dishwasher should go.
Owner Representation for New Build or Remodel
Are you overwhelmed with the details of your new home build or remodel. Wish you could be onsite to check on the progress and ensure your selections and choices are being executed? I will be your eyes, ears and voice onsite to ensure things are going to your plan.
Pre-owned Home Assessment
Buying a pre-owned home and don't have any idea what to do with the layout...I'm here to help look at what possibilities may be available. I work with you during the buying process or after. We look at all possibilities from home design and organization to exterior patio options to plant placement. We can even figure out how your current home furnishings will work in your new space.
Downsizing and Redistributing
Is it time for home downsizing or are you splitting your time between two homes? I can help you divide up your home and home decor items to fit into your new downsized home or into your multiply residences.
Color Flow - Interior to Exterior
I love to share with my clients the idea of color flow for living. Color should move from the inside out and the outside in. Choosing tones and colors which compliment your home and home decor which easily move with changing seasonal decor. We discuss textures and accents which add your personal touch to your home.
Organization and Spatial Design
Home organization can be overwhelming. We come up with a plan which will work for you. I accomplish this by asking questions about how you live and how your space is being used currently. We work together to accomplish your goals for organization and a system that works in your home. We will look at your kitchen, office, bathrooms and garage. You name it and I can help, including actually designing your dream closet.
New Home Same Holidays
